Director - Administration
Safavi Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics a Paul Mitchell Partner School is seeking a highly motivated Director to embody the vision and philosophy of Paul Mitchell Schools and to lead, mentor, coach, and inspire community members to be visionaries. The objective of a successful Director is the following; • The Director directs the overall implementation of the systems and programs that will sustain the school culture and develop the learning community. • The Director creates all goals, inspects all budgets and approves all purchase orders. • The Director encourages and assists the school owners in creating new programs, curriculums, and systems. • The Director implements team training and development needed to grow the team in their career paths. This is not your ordinary 8-5 office job. This is the perfect position for someone who has goals personally and professionally. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5 years of experience is preferred. Paul Mitchell is much more than a hair company and we can’t wait to show you how.
